BCM Group President, William Cairns, has more than three decades of experience in the global life sciences industry and a track-record of successfully building strong businesses. Prior to forming BCM Group, he served as President, Romaco USA, Inc., where he was responsible for the integration of the sales, marketing, manufacturing and service teams for North America.

Prior to joining Romaco, Mr. Cairns held senior sales and business development positions at SIGPack Systems, Bosch Packaging, West Pharmaceutical Services, Eisai USA, and Bristol Myers Squibb.

He has a Bachelors degree from Norwich University. He has served on the Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Institute Global Marketing Committee, is a member of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers, American Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences and the New Jersey Technology Council.
